The Federation works with employers and business membership organizations to ensure that they are efficient, competitive, compliant and where they lack technical or managerial capacity, recommendations for business services with consultancy organizations and experts are arranged. This may be in competencies such as accounting and finance, human resource
management, legal or technical portfolios UFEZ retains a pool of professionals in many fields and collaborate with professional institutions and bodies to take up such challenges.

UFEZ has a data base and collaborates with consultants, professionals, professional institutions, lawyers and experts in various fields and competencies to assist members and employer organizations. Priority is given to our members before soliciting outside. The Federation retains 10% of total consultancy fees charged and paid.
